I used to LOVE this place. I ordered from them about once a week. Their sandwiches were big, delicious, and quickly delivered. Something happened recently and the quality of their sandwiches has gone way down. I've had toppings missing from my sandwiches. I've specifically ordered (and paid for) extra toppings only to not receive them. I always order the big sandwiches -the ones with double the meat/cheese. The last time my sandwich was just puny. It looked even smaller than the regular size ones. I keep trying again, hoping they've gotten back on track with their quality, but I continue to be disappointed. I want the old awesome Jimmy John's back!

I was a big JJ fan. WAS. i loved their bread and those crunchy fresh veges in the sandwich, it was just amazing. and the most important part, i didnt come out smelling like bread from head to toe like I did in Subway. but then their quality had to slip, from service to food. I'm not just talking about this particular location, but over all, the staff have gotten ruder and the sandwiches have gotten smaller. i still remember those enthusiastic workers welcoming us and those fresh yummy ingredients, but all those JJ charms are long gone. one of my favorite items was the turkey Tom unwrap, which they used lettus wrap instead of bread. it was a great choice when I wanted to watch out on carb, but since the last time I ordered it from this location, I have never been back again. the wrap was literally 1/4 size of what its used to be, literally about 4 bites and it's done. my friends sandwich was thin and bread was hard, not the little chewy like we used to love. i guess they are focusing too much on being fast. so fast that they are missing out the customer satisfaction. very disappointing. I miss the old JJ.

Decent sandwiches, a step above Subway. According to them, all meats and veggies are cut fresh in the store, much as is done at Lenny's across the parking lot. The big draw here is that they deliver sandwiches to local businesses.

My lovely wife swears by this place. They deliver to Hermann Memorial and will do delivery orders of just a single sandwich.

TERRIBLE! The kids that were "working" were listening to screeeeeeeming music. Couldn't hear my order or my total. I HATED my whole experience. I will never go back. The owners need to take control of this place before it goes bad. Next time I want a sandwich, I'll go to LENNY'S located directly behind Jimmy Johns. Don't give this place your money.
